FIFA confirm eclectic mix of guests for 2026 World Cup closing ceremony
Tom Cruise, Robbie Williams and Nicole Scherzinger are among the celebrities who will appear in the pre-match show ahead of the World Cup final.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will conclude on Sunday, July 19, with a pre-game closing ceremony set to be held before the final at MetLife Stadium in New York/New Jersey. The show will begin at 1:30 p.m. local time roughly 90 minutes before kickoff.
This star-studded show will feature performances from Laura Pausini, Nicole Scherzinger, Robbie Williams and IShowSpeed, as well as a special appearance by Tom Cruise, bringing together some of the world’s biggest names in music and entertainment for an unforgettable celebration before kick-off. FIFA also said additional artists and guests will be announced in the coming days.
One of the highlights of the ceremony will be a performance of the national anthem of the United States by singer Jennifer Hudson before kickoff.
The ceremony will combine musical performances and other entertainment acts as a prelude to the match in which the 2026 World Cup champion will be decided.
