Zidane sent a message to the Real Madrid fans after his side's come-back against Wolfsburg to go into the Champions League semi-finals.
Zinedine Zidane had his finest night as Real Madrid coach against Wolfsburg on Tuesday. The squad asked the fans to get behind them as they looked to overturn the 2-0 first leg deficit and the Madridistas responded.
And to show his appreciation for their support, Zidane first thanked the supporters in his post match press conference (The fans are a huge plus. They’ve been phenomenal. I’m grateful to the fans for what they’ve done), before turning to social media the day after the game to send another message to the Real Madrid faithful.
The French coach posted a stunning photo of the arrival of the team bus at the Bernabéu, with a simple message: “We march on!”
Zidane and his side are just two games away from the Champions League final in Milan, and the possibility of winning the season’s big prize: lifting the Undécima, the club’s 11th European Cup.
