Premier League forward Joselu hits out at Pedro over remarks
Stoke City's Spanish striker took to social media to respond to Pedro Rodríguez's outspoken comments over his role in the national team.
Stoke City striker Joselu has hit out at Pedro Rodríguez after the Spain player sparked a storm with controversial remarks over his lack of game time at Euro 2016.
Speaking to Movistar+ channel #0, Pedro declared of his role in the international set-up: "If you can't see any prospect of a regular game it isn't worth carrying on coming."
"Many of us would be happy to fulfil your role"
In the wake of Pedro's comments, former Spain Under-21 man Joselu took to social media to respond to the Chelsea man, who has featured for nine minutes of the three-time European champions' campaign in France.
In a message posted on his Twitter account, the 26-year-old said: "Don't worry, many of us would be happy to fulfil your role and would have no problem with it!"
