The winger is expected to fly into A Coruña this evening and will undergo a medical on Friday morning. Córdoba's Florin Andone could be the next signing.
Deportivo secure Carles Gil loan
Deportivo de la Coruña continue to forge their frontline for the new season and have reached an agreement with Aston Villa for the loan of Carles Gil, who is due to arrive in A Coruña this evening.
Gil will undergo a medical tomorrow morning and if all goes well, will sign a one-year deal with the Galicians. Naturallt left-footed, Gil can play on either wing and spent his formative years in Valencia's youth categories. He joined Villa from Elche for 4.5 million euros last year.
Depor are busy trying to close another operation - that of Florin Andone who is set to join from Córdoba and could be announced in the next few hours.
