Jorge Jesus believes he has the key to defeating Real Madrid
The Sporting Lisbon coach has called up 28 players ahead of tomorrow's Group F opener at the Santiago Bernabeu (kick-off 2045 CET).

Sporting de Portugal carried out their last training session at their Alcochete camp ahead of travelling to the Spanish capital where they face Real Madrid in the opening group game of their respective 2016/17 Champions League campaign. Jorge Jesús has decided to bring a squad of 28 players for the trip and the leaders of the Portuguese league arrived this evening in Madrid.
Jesús spent the morning with his players watching videos of Real Madrid in action and designed a strategic plan on how to take on the current Champions League holders in their stadium. The coach plans to pack his midfield with added freedom for his forward line.
After the session the 62 year old coach spent some considerable time in conversation with Lazar Markovic, the Serbian is one of Sporting's key players and Jesus will look for the former Liverpool player to test the Real Madrid rear-guard..
