Spain's U17s seeking revenge against Germany in Amman

In Wednesday's quarter final, Toña Is' team will be looking to get their own back on Germany who beat them on penalties in May's European Championships. <ul> <li> <a href=" http://en.as.com/en/2017/03/28/football/1490710524_852374.html" title="Bolivia vs Argentina live stream online: CONMEBOL World Cup qualifier">Bolivia vs Argentina live stream</a>. </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <a href=" http://en.as.com/en/2017/03/26/football/1490560428_449546.html" title="Bolivia vs Argentina. Update:

Great expectation

Anticipation has been on the rise all week for Wednesday's 2016 U17 Women's World Cup quarter final clash between Spain and Germany - a repeat of May's European final in the same category, in which the Germans wrested the trophy back off La Rojita in a nail-biting penalty shoot-out.

Spain will certainly be looking to avenge that defeat and book their place in the semi-finals; Toña Is' team know that the Germans can be beaten, and that they are capable of overpowering them. In the last three European Championships, the two nations have met five times and the balance could not be more even - two victories each and one draw.

Toña Is: "Let's hope football brings us justice"

Spain coach Toña Is says this is the moment for the team to get their own back: "The team is perfectly capable of taking this game forward and dominating play. We have met Germany twice this year and have not lost to them over 90 minutes. Let's hope that football brings us justice and all of the sacrifice that these players have made over the past few years pays off. The moment has arrived when we can take back what has been taken from us”.
