Cristiano Ronaldo is to sit out Real Madrid’s LaLiga clash with Eibar on Saturday afternoon (16:15 CET) after missing the squad’s Friday training session.
Did not train with group on Friday
The forward was unable to go through his paces alongside his team-mates, with a niggle forcing him to do individual work with club physios at Valdebebas.
And Real boss Zinedine Zidane has opted to keep the Portugal captain back for Tuesday's crucial Champions League second leg away to Napoli.
In his pre-match press conference, Zidane had already hinted that Cristiano would not be included in Los Merengues' trip to the Basque Country.
Bale, Morata also banned for Eibar game
Real will also be without suspended pair Gareth Bale and Álvaro Morata at Ipurúa, as well as injury victims Raphael Varane and Fabio Coentrao.
