Burkina Faso's Bakary Koné joins Turkish side Ankaragucu
Last week, the Burkina Faso defender became a free agent after cutting short his contract with the recently relegated Málaga.

Burkina Faso international Bakary Koné has joined newly promoted Turkish side Ankaragucu on a two-year deal with the option for an additional year.
The signing of the defender comes just a few days after he terminated his contract with the recently relegated Spanish side Málaga.

Koné, who has previously played in the French top flight with Guingamp and Lyon, said he received many offers from European clubs.
"I received many offers but Ankaragucu showed a lot of determination; that is why I chose to come here," the defender told the club’s website.
