On average, his annual salary will be around 38 million dollars but he has signed a contract with a progressive wage model, which means he still start out earning 35.6 million in 2018-19 and by the end of his agreement with the Lakers (is he completes the optional, fourth year) he will be on 41 million during the 2021-22 season.
