Kroos shares hopes for Real Madrid return after Roma injury
The German midfielder was injured during the 0-2 victory in the Italian capital but has been in touch to give us an update.
Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos has posted a message on Twitter about his current playing state, hopeful of a quick return to action
Kroos return ASAP
The German appeared to pick up a knee injury in the Champions League victory over Roma in Italy and tweeted to his followers:
"Quick update: Still working on my knee problems after the Roma match... Back asap as always."
Until now we have not been given any detailed information regarding a return date and this is not the first time the player has suffered with knee problems. In February of this year he missed five LaLiga games (Betis, Leganés, Alavés, Espanyol and Getafe) due to knee ligament problems.
Whether he returns in time for the trip to Huesca or not is uncertain at present, but suggestions are that he'll need longer to recover.
