What are the odds, predictions for the Mayweather vs Logan Paul fight?
Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul will meet in a boxing bout on 6 June at the Hard Rock Cafe Stadium in Miami.
The on and off again fight between Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul will finally take place. Unfortunately, the bout had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to the covid-19 pandemic.
Mayweather's last fight was against UFC fighter Conor McGregor, where he won by TKO in a 10 round bout. Before his McGregor outing, "Money" fought Manny Pacquiao and Andre Berto, winning both contests by split decisions.
Logan Paul's boxing career is a bleak one, with only two fights under his belt, both against YouTuber KSI, tying one and being defeated in the second by split decision.
Given Mayweather's boxing prowess, one can argue that this is not a fair fight, and the question looks to be: how far will he drag it out? Against McGregor, another Pay-Per-View fight such as this coming one, Mayweather comprehensively outfought his rival, but allowed the bout to run until the 10th round.
Yet against kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa, whom he fought in 2018 in another exhibition match, he seemed less interested and knocked him out in the first round. So expect a similar fight to that of McGregor.
Moreover, the fight's weight limit is a strange one for boxing. Mayweather has a limit of 160 pounds, while Logan's is 190 pounds or under limit. Those physical differences are not sure to help Paul much.
Tyson believes Logan is going to "get beat up pretty bad"
