The Super Bowl LVI half-time show line up is here with five massive artists set to perform together at the SoFi Stadium on February 13, 2022


The Super Bowl LVI Halftime show line up was announced today, 30 September, with the NFL hitting up social media to announce the artists who will take centre stage at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood California on February 13, 2022.
Dr. Dre, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg and Mary J. Blige
For the latest edition of the biggest football match, half-time show sponsors Pepsi are turning to rap and hip-hop, with Dr. Dre, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg and Mary J. Blige lined up to perform to the live audience and millions around the world.
Taken together the artists have racked up 43 grammys and 19 No.1 Billboard albums, the NFL pointed out on Twitter. This marks the first time in the history of the Super Bowl five award-winning artists have been chosen to perform together at half-time.

The five artists all have ties to LA, with this being the first time that in nearly 30 years that the Super Bowl has been played in the city.

This is the third collaboration in a row between Pepsi and Roc Nation, the Entertainment Company founded by Jay Z in 2008. In 2020 Jennifer Lopez and Shakira performed in Miami, Florida, while the Weeknd was the half-time entertainment at Super Bowl LV in Tampa, Florida, this year.
