Red Sox vs. Astros: times, TV channel, radio, and how to watch Game 6 online tonight

The Houston Astros host the Boston Red Sox in Game 6 of the ALCS in the 2021 MLB Playoffs

The Houston Astros host the Boston Red Sox in Game 6 of the ALCS in the 2021 MLB Playoffs

Houston will host the American League Championship Series this Friday for one more game, and it can decide who will win the AL at the World Series. The Astros come to game 6 with a 3-2 series lead and Boston fear elimination tonight. Houston could close the series at home this Friday at Minute Maid Park.

Game 6 breakdown

It seemed that after game 3 the Red Sox had the momentum, after being on top 8-0 game 2 and 9-0 in game 3. The Astros were able to turn things around and cut that run fast. Game 4 saw Houston win 8-2, while game 5 ended 10 -1.

This is the third time in over five seasons that both teams have faced each other in the playoffs. The Astros took the ALDS in 2017, and the Red Sox the ALCS in 2018. Oddly both teams would end up winning the World Series those years. Maybe the same could happen again.
