Tyler Adams linked with a move to Manchester United

Tyler Adams has shown great improvement since joining RB Leipzig in 2019 and with the transfer window around the corner, several Premier League clubs have shown interest in the 22-year-old. According to a report from The Athletic, the United States international is on Manchester United's radar.

Adams could reunite with Rangnick

It was Ralf Rangnick who brought Adams to the Bundesliga in 2019 when he was the interim manager for Red Bull Leipzig. Now the German tactician is in charge of Manchester United, at least until the remainder of the season, and he is keen to reunite with Tyler Adams at Old Trafford.

Rangnick also appointed Chris Armas as his new assistant coach and he is a fan of the midfielder. Armas and Adams linked up in Major League Soccer with Red Bull Leipzig between 2018 through 2019. So both managers are fond of the United States international and making a strong case to sign him during the next transfer window.

Adams has made 86 appearances for RB Leipzig since joining the club across all competitions. He also helped the Bundesliga side reach the Champions League semi-final in 2020 and now he is ready for the next chapter in his career. Arsenal has also shown interest in signing Tyler Adams next month.
