Week 23 inches us closer to the NBA Playoffs. A win tonight would see our first definite if the Phoenix Suns can clinch first in the Western Conference

The road to the NBA Playoffs is moving towards its natural end. Nothing yet is set in stone in either conference, but as we move into the home straight, every game counts.
The matchups to keep your eye on
Phoenix Suns @ Denver Nuggets
The Phoenix Suns could essentially put all competition to rest with a win tonight, which would see them clinch the number one seed in the Western Conference playoffs. The Suns did Denver a favor on Wednesday by beating the Timberwolves, giving the 43-30 Nuggets a game and a half lead on Minnesota for the sixth seed.

Tonight’s game will be the third and final meeting between these two teams and the only one to be played in Denver. Since their opening night 110-98 loss to the Nuggets, Phoenix have been the hottest team in basketball and they could put their extraordinary run to bed with a win.
Cleveland Cavaliers @ Toronto Raptors
This is a straight-up slugfest for the sixth spot in the Eastern Conference, and the Raptors must find a way to win if they want to keep within reach.
