Two months after marrying Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez has done away with the final remnants of her single life by selling the Bel Air mansion that she called home before rekindling her romance with the Hollywood actor and filmmaker.

JLo makes profit despite failing to get asking price

Although the identity of the buyer has not been revealed, it is known that they have paid $34 million for the luxury pad, which Lopez put up for sale in February.

The final purchase price is well short of the $42.5 million that Lopez had initially sought for the property, but the 54-year-old has nonetheless made a $6 million profit from the sale. As TMZ reports, the singer and actor originally bought the mansion for $28 million in 2016.

Boasting nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, the house sits on an estate that also includes extensive garden space, a large swimming pool, a 30-seat home cinema, a gym, a guest house and a 100-seat amphitheater.

‘Bennifer’ move into even bigger mansion

Lopez and Affleck, who got back together in 2021, 17 years after ending their initial relationship, now live together in a Beverly Hills mansion that cost them $60 million. While that’s an eye-watering amount of money, it is less than half the property’s original $135 million asking price.

The house has a whopping 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, as well as 15 fireplaces, a screening room, a wine and whisky cellar, and a spa with a hair and nail salon, a sauna and a massage room. The estate also features sports facilities that include a pickelball court.
