Update:

Ivanka Trump recently offered a rare peek inside her private fitness sanctuary at her $24 million Miami estate. A selfie she shared showed dumbbells, a weight bench, a yoga mat, and even a built-in sauna: melding both high-end comfort and top-tier training gear.

The 43-year-old regularly uses social media to document her luxury lifestyle as the daughter of the President of the United States. According to reports, Ivanka’s Indian Creek Island mansion was purchased in April 2021 - along with her husband, Jared Kushner - for an eye-watering $US24 million.

Property records show Ivanka and Kushner took out a $US15 million mortgage when purchasing the land, which comes complete with a private boat dock and views of Biscayne Bay.

“Every day is a new opportunity to show up and stay committed. Feeling stronger and more motivated... —let’s keep going! Strong body / Strong mind !" she wrote.

Trump’s ratings continue to fall

Meanwhile, Donald Trump’s approval ratings are at a new low, with close to 60% of the American people unhappy with his recent actions involving the Jeffrey Epstein case, business-busting tariffs, and international intervention.

A Canada-US trade deal is on the ropes after more failed negotiations, and Democratic state lawmakers have fled Texas in an effort to stop a vote on a new congressional map that would heavily favour Republicans. The plan to redraw the region, backed by Trump, would create five new Republican-leaning seats in the US House of Representatives.

A vote in the 150-member Texas legislature requires the presence of two-thirds of its members. However, 51 Democratic lawmakers, most of whom have traveled to Illinois, have left the state, preventing Republicans from reaching the necessary minimum.

Texas Republicans currently hold 25 out of 38 congressional seats.
