Melania Trump hints at where she will live during the next four years
Mrs. Trump told ‘Fox & Friends’ that “it’s a very different transition this time, second time around,” as her husband is set to be sworn in on January 20.

Donald Trump will be inaugurated as the US president for a second time on January 20. His wife Melania Trump, in an interview Monday on ‘Fox & Friends’, said that she is “already packed” and that she has “everything” for a “second time around.”
While she will be moving her things into a “private living apartment” at the White House, she won’t likely be making 1600 Pennsylvania Ave her permanent residence according to an insider which spoke with People. While she’ll perform her “appropriate duties” and be by her husband’s side when needed, she will also split her time between the family’s residence at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida and New York City, where their son Barron is attending university.
Melania says moving into the White House will be easier the second time around
Melania told ‘Fox & Friends’ that this time will be different saying: “I know where I will be going, I know the rooms where we will be living, I know the process.”
“The first time was challenging,” she explained. “We didn’t have much of the information.”
“But this time I have everything,” she added. “I have the plans, I could move in, I already packed, I already selected the furniture that needs to go in, so it’s a very different transition this time, second time around.”
It will be a hectic move as there are only five hours for the transition teams to get all of the Biden’s belongings out of the White House and the Trump’s in.
As for Barron, he has taken up residence in Trump Tower in New York City, where he is a freshman at New York University’s Stern School of Business. He will, however, have his own room at the White House so that he can come and visit as he pleases Mrs. Trump informed Fox News' Ainsley Earhardt in September.
