For the first time in over a decade, the best selling jersey in the NBA is not that of Steph Curry or LeBron James
Since the 2012-13 season both heavyweight stars have dominated the top selling NBA jersey ranking.

Back in January 2025, the NBA confirmed at the time that Golden State Warriors’ Stephen Curry had secured top spot on the NBA’s Top-Selling Jersey ranking based on NBAStore.com sales for the first half of the 2024-25 regular season.

However, fast forward to April 2025 and after his dramatic trade to the Los Angeles Lakers at the beginning of February, the latest data reveals a new name at the top of the best selling jersey list.
Luka Doncic leads the way and for the first time since the 2012-13 season, a new name heads the ranking with both Steph Curry and LeBron James dominating this particular category for over a decade.

The Slovenian’s move to Los Angeles has seen a spike on global sales for the home, away and third jerseys bearing the name of the 26-year-old along with his 77 player number.
Doncic’s arrival at the Lakers has seen a surge in television audiences for the team with tickets for home games at the Crypto.com Arena now like gold dust too as fans clamour to see the Slovenian at close quarters.
LeBron James or Steph Curry had the #1 jersey every season for 11 straight years, but one of the biggest trades in NBA history means a new #1 for 2024-25.@JacobFeldman4 has detals on Luka on top. https://t.co/GOTgHzrPxb pic.twitter.com/96BhwgdPrB
