Not Kansas City BBQ nor Philly cheesesteak, this is what NFL fans are eating on Super Bowl Sunday
Every Super Bowl event needs copious amounts of food and drink with the New Orleans game on Sunday set to be no exception.

Kansas City Chiefs will endeavour to complete a historic ‘three-peat’ when they face the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX on Sunday.
The Chiefs won the first of their back-to-back Super Bowl titles against the Eagles in 2023, edging the team from Philly 38-35 in a dramatic Super Bowl LVII in Arizona. Last year, the San Francisco 49ers went close as the Chiefs prevailed once again but Sunday does offer the Eagles with a chance for revenge or the Chiefs to write a new page in the NFL history books.

The biggest sporting event of the year in the United States is synonymous with families meeting up and ‘watch parties’ taking place across the nation with snacks and refreshments very much the order of the day.
Despite both cities being famed for their own gastronomic snack offerings, the main dish that will be consumed during the game around the country are good old chicken wings.
The ‘ol classic
According to the National Chicken Council, the amount of chicken wings consumed during the Super Bowl will be enough to circle the circumference of the Earth more than 3 times!
They go on to claim that 1.47 billion wings will be devoured as the Chiefs face the Eagles.
