Remember the Super Bowl 2026 logo prediction? Did it reveal any clues about the Seahawks-Patriots final?

The Super Bowl logo theory never fails. OK, maybe it does.

¿Por qué los comerciales del Super Bowl LX se anuncian antes y qué marcas se presentan?

Update:

It never fails. The Super Bowl logo theory - in which the colours of the logo reveal which teams will make the final - was firmly back in action at the start of the season. The logo for the 2026 final, Super Bowl LX, was revealed to the public and the conspiracy theory fans didn’t take long in predicting the future.

OK, sometimes it fails. Unless you put a rainbow in it.

Last year, the Chiefs lost emphatically to the Eagles, who thrashed them 22-40 in New Orleans. The logo, with its red and green design, hinted at fans all season long that they would go head to head.

They indeed did, and we witnessed one of the most amazing NFL spectacles in history as the heavy favourite were stuck in mud and failed in flamboyant fashion.

Super Bowl logo predicts the 2026 final, or does it?

We have seen plenty of coincidences with the logo Rams vs Bengals (red/yellow), Eagles vs Chiefs (green/red), 49ers vs Taylor Swift’s ‘Speak Now’ album (OK, not all of them work), and the new logo made fans raise an eyebrow or two.

The Super Bowl LX logo is a multi-coloured design with the Golden Gate Bridge the main feature. However, some have pointed out that purple and blue are the two most prominent colours, meaning we were surely going to see a Ravens vs Lions Super Bowl in 2026. Or was it going to be the Packers vs the Chargers? What about the Titans?

Nope, it was none of them. As you are aware, the 2026 final will be the Patriots playing against the Seahawks, which you can see in the logo’s background if you close one eye, and then the other. And then open them both and look at all the colours, because it’s literally a rainbow.
