Update:

Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show was one for the history books. From Samuel L. Jackson to Serena Williams and SZA, it had it all.

Oh, and Kendrick stared down the main camera and into Drake’s soul as he screamed the words to ‘Not Like Us’, with the crowd dancing along to every word.

But the stunning setlist was not without controversy, as eagle-eyed viewers spotted a Palestine flag that was unfurled by someone in the mass of people dancing on all sides of K-Dot.

Video footage shows a person reveal what appeared to be Palestine and Sudanese flags during the song ‘TV Off’ before taking to the field waving them in the air. At the time of writing, it is not known who the person was.

Security moved to swiftly apprehend the runaway dancer, keen to make a political point of the suffering happening in both countries over the past months and years which has seen thousands of innocent lives lost, both young and old.

At the time of writing, Kendrick Lamar has not addressed the incident, and to be honest, given how quiet he is away from the stage, we shouldn’t expect anything from the Compton rapper any time soon.
