Its’ controversial, it’s criticized, it’s complex. But it’s still happening.

The Saudi-backed LIV Golf series is set to host its third event at Trump Bedminster in New Jersey this week despite relatives of 9/11 victims urging the former US president to cancel the tournament.

LIV are continuing to lure top talent, with their latest sign ups being Englishman Paul Casey, Jason Kokrak and Charles Howell III, who all defected from the PGA Tour. The likes of Tommy Fleetwood, Henrik Stenson and Hideki Matsuyama are some of the other additions who hopped over to Greg Norman’s criticized enterprise. Even the new British Open champion, Cameron Smith, has been linked to joining LIV Golf.

What is so controversial about LIV Golf? We’ve literally summed up the whole shabang for our readers right here to give you a better idea of all that comes with LIV, Trump and Saudi Arabia.
