How much prize money does the winner get at the Charles Schwab Challenge?

The 2025 Charles Schwab Challenge tees off on Thursday, May 22 with a number of world’s top players in contention.
The Colonial National Invitation, currently known as the Charles Schwab for sponsorship reasons, is one of the five invitational events on the PGA Tour. The first edition was held in 1946 and it remains an ever-present on the PGA Tour.
This year’s competition has a total purse of $9.5 million, with the winning golfer taking home $1.7 as top prize. Here’s a look at the prize money break-down for the top ten finishers at the 2024 Charles Schwab Challenge...

The other four invitational tournaments on the PGA Tour are the Genesis Open, the Arnold Palmer Invitational, the RBC Heritage, and the Memorial Tournament.
