The 2023 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony preview
Only three people will be inducted into the hall this year. The star of this class is Rey Mysterio, who will become the first active wrestler to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Mysterio’s career spans over three decades, and he has become arguably the most recognizable lucha libre wrestler in history.
Among others, inductees in this year’s class are the Great Muta, Stacy Keibler, and the late comedian Andy Kaufman. Muta is a four-time IWGP heavyweight champion recognized as one of history’s most noteworthy worldwide wrestlers. Keibler started her career as Ms. Hancock in WCW and later became one of the more popular women’s stars in the WWE in the early 2000′s. Kaufman became famous in the wrestling world for his feud with Jerry Lawler in the early 1980′s and was one of the first celebrities to become involved in pro wrestling.
