Serie A’s Inter Milan will be looking to derail Manchester City’s bid to secure a historic treble (FA Cup, Premier League and Euro glory) as they face off in the 2022/23 Champions League final at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul on 10 June.

Inter start the game as outsiders but head coach Simone is confident that his team can deliver a shock in Turkey as Inter are set to participate in their sixth ever Champions League/European Cup final.

60s delight

The ‘nerazzurri’ progressed to two consecutive finals in 1964 and 1965 and were champions on both occasions as the Milan giants put Real Madrid to the sword (3-1) with Lisbon based Benfica suffering a 1-0 defeat loss in the 65 final.
