Time after time, the man from Salta tried to increase his goalscoring tally, and he could well have scored more.

Suárez needed just 58′ to bring Brazil to his feet, showing that the years will pass, but quality prevails. After leaving his mark in Uruguay, the Netherlands, England and Spain, the former Barcelona player seeks to expand his football legacy.

Suárez last scored a first-half hat-trick almost 10 years ago, when Liverpool demolished Norwich City in December 2013.
