Atlético Madrid bus hit by a rock as it arrived at San Siro

The Atlético Madrid team bus was was hit by a rock thrown by a group of Real Madrid fans as it arrived at the San Siro stadium before the Champions League final. It hit the non-driver's side of the bus, before the players left the vehicle. The incident took place in a zone full of fans of both sides. No injuries were reported.

The security in the section was tight, with many police and security officials. As yet it hasn't been confirmed if the individual who threw the rock has been identified or detained.

Security in general at the San Siro before the Champions League final is incredibly tight. In addition to the personnel on the ground there are four snipers at the ground, one on each of the towers.
