The 35-year-old, who is in France's Euro 2016 squad, moved to the Vecchia Signora from Manchester United in 2014.

Update:
Evra signs Juventus contract extension

Veteran left-back Patrice Evra has signed a one-year contract renewal with Juventus until June 2017, the Serie A champions confirmed on Monday.

The deal also includes the option of extending his stay for a further season.

In a statement on their official website, Juve said of Evra: "His countless experience on football’s biggest of stages has been an invaluable element in the Bianconeri’s overall development into one of the major forces in the European game."

The 35-year-old France international joined Juventus from Manchester United in 2014 and has played 69 times for the Italians, helping the team to league and cup doubles in each of his two campaigns in Turin.

Evra is part of the French squad for Euro 2016 and is set to be coach Didier Deschamps' first choice on the left-hand side of defence.
