Chelsea and Leicester will go head-to-head to decide which shade of blue will adorn the famous FA Cup trophy on Saturday at Wembley Stadium in front of 21,000 spectators.

Thomas Tuchel’s men are enjoying a strong finish to the season, reaching the Champions League final against Manchester City, where the will take on a side they have already beaten this season in the league and in the FA Cup semi-finals.

Foxes seeking first FA Cup triumph

The Blues are looking for a ninth victory in their 15th appearance in the FA Cup final, while Leicester will be playing in their fifth final in an attempt to lift the FA Cup for the first time in the club's history.

The Foxes booked their place in the final for the first time in 52 years after beating Stoke City, Brentford, Brighton & Hove Albion, Manchester United and Southampton.

Brendan Rodgers’ squad head into the match following a crucial win in the Premier League, where the secured a 2-1 victory over Manchester United to bolster their chances of Champions League qualification. Menwhile, Chelsea were unexpectedly beaten 1-0 by Arsenal at Stamford Bridge in their last outing.

Leicester are currently sitting third in the standings on 66 points, two ahead of Chelsea in fourth. With only two games remaining in the Premier League, Tuchel's side have not yet secured Champions League qualification with Liverpool in fifth on 60 points with one game in hand, which will hardly matter to the Blues if they beat City in Porto of course.

Leicester won’t be able to call upon James Justin, Harvey Barnes and Wes Morgan, while Mateo Kovacic will make the squad for Chelsea, although he will probably be named among the substitutes given his extended spell on the sidelines.
