Update:

If you’re wondering when and where to be for the biggest party Oklahoma City has ever thrown, mark your calendar now. The 2025 Thunder championship parade rolls out Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. CT. (11:30 a.m. ET / 8:30 a.m. PT).

Where is the OKC Thunder 2025 champions parade?

It’ll begin at NW 10th Street and N. Harvey Avenue, winding through downtown before wrapping up at SW 6th Street, about 90 minutes later. Expect the sidewalks to be packed with plenty of blue, orange and noise.

Before the streets fill up, the team will host a pre-parade ceremony inside the Paycom Center, where players will speak, the Larry O’Brien Trophy will be raised once more, and fans watching from home can stream the whole thing via the Thunder’s app and YouTube channel.

Large screens and amplified sound will line the route so fans not near the front can still catch every chant and confetti drop. According to Mayor David Holt, the event will be a defining civic moment – Oklahoma City’s own “sports holiday.” Holt is urging local businesses to give people the day off if they can.

The Thunder’s first NBA title in OKC

Sunday night’s 103–91 win over the Indiana Pacers clinched the franchise’s first NBA championship since 1979, when the team was still the Seattle SuperSonics. It’s also the first-ever title for Oklahoma City, something fans have dreamed about since the franchise arrived in 2008.

And this wasn’t just any championship run. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander cemented his place in NBA history, winning the regular season MVP, Finals MVP and the scoring title. That puts him in rare company. Only Shaquille O’Neal had done all three in a single season this century.

Now the Thunder, already early favorites for the 2026 title, are being talked about as the NBA’s next dynasty in the making. But focus right now is on Tuesday and celebrating the first one. And for the fans who’ve waited their whole lives for this, it’s going to be unforgettable.
