The Sony Open in Hawaii marks the first full-field PGA Tour event of 2023 and it will showcase some of the sport’s top talent. The tournament takes place at Waialae Country Club in Honolulu with the field featuring seven of the world’s top 25 players, and 19 of the 39 golfers who competed last week will head over from Maui.

Hideki Matsuyama will try to defend his title from 2022 and will be joined by Russell Henley, Jordan Spieth, Tom Kim, and 140 more players in the PGA Tour’s first full-field event of 2023. Billy Horschel, Sungjae Im, Brian Harman and Keegan Bradley are all making it successive starts, each seeking victory at one of the longest-tenured host venues for the tour.

The par-70 layout was designed by Seth Raynor originally and got restored recently by Tom Doak in 2017. It offers a distinct test in comparison to the one seen last week at Kapalua.

From tee times to TV and streaming info, here’s everything you need to know ahead of Thursday’s first round of the 2023 Sony Open in Hawaii:
