If the scoreline goes Barcelona’s way, the winners’ trophy could be presented that same day. It would also be an entirely new cup, as Barça kept the previous one permanently after a change in the rules.

Although the winners could be “decorated” on the spot, the trend in Europe has been to wait until the next home game. In this case, the trophy would be presented to the fans on the penultimate gameweek, against Betis.
