At this point, Kylian Mbappé needs little introduction in the world of football. The 2018 World Cup champion with the French national team has been an established name in The Beautiful Game for over half a decade thanks to his stunning performances for Paris Saint-Germain.

At 25, few players in the top level have been able to notch up anything like his more than 350 goals, and Europe’s elite clubs have been vying for his services. Mbappé's parents and siblings

Mbappé was born in Bondy, a city close to the French capital, Paris. His father, Wilfried Mbappé, is of Cameroonian descent, while his mother, Fayza Lamari, is Algerian. Both instilled in their children a strong work ethic to reach their life goals, having themselves experienced elite sports: Wilfried as a coach and Fayza, now her son’s agent, as a handball player.

Kylian has two brothers, one biological and one adopted, and it may not be a shock to learn that both have a direct connection with soccer. Ethan is 17 years old, and has already made his debut with PSG’s first team, although he typically plays for the U-19 category. Jirès Kembo Ekoko is 36 and now retired from the game, having played for Stade Rennes, Bursaspor, and even Al-Nassr, which you may know as Cristiano Ronaldo’s chosen Saudi team.

Mbappé relationships

Mbappé is a deeply private individual and is particularly protective of his personal life. Consequently, very few romantic relationships have been publicized in recent years, and if they have surfaced, they certainly haven’t been confirmed by him. Back in 2018, he was linked to French model Alicia Aylies, who notably attended the World Cup in Russia alongside other footballers’ partners. However, neither party addressed these rumors publicly, and the topic faded away without further clarification.

Towards the end of 2021, speculation emerged about a supposed relationship with actress Emma Smet. However, Smet promptly denied these rumors, emphasizing that their connection was solely a strong friendship.

Adding to the speculation were rumors involving Spanish actress Ester Expósito, though these, too, remained unconfirmed. Similar stories circulated involving models such as Stella Maxwell, Ines Rau, Rose Bertram, and Cindy Bruna. Life in the Spanish capital playing for Los Blancos is unlikely to do anything but magnify the stories.

Mbappé family: business and support

Away from his private life, we have seen that Mbappé's greatest passion lies in sports. While he avoids actively participating in tennis, basketball, and skiing to prevent the risk of unwanted injuries, he avidly follows these disciplines as a fan. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing PlayStation with his brother Ethan and indulges in watching numerous series. Additionally, he has a fondness for Ibiza, where he regularly spends part of his summer vacations.
