Kane: “I’m involved in play a little bit more” than Haaland
The Bayern striker was asked to compare himself to Haaland. Here’s what he said.

Erling Haaland scores lots of goals. So does Harry Kane. But the two are quite different. So says the Bayern man himself, who was recently asked for his thoughts on the level of his World Cup quarter-final opponent, who he will face at Hard Rock stadium this Saturday.
Since his move to England, the Leeds-born forward has broken nearly every Premier League goalscoring record, most of them set by Kane himself. In 132 games in the English top division, Haaland has scored 112 goals; for Manchester City overall, he has managed 162 goals in just 198 appearances.
With those numbers, it’s no surprise that Kane said “Erling has been incredible, his goal-scoring record.“
Harry Kane confirms he played golf with Donald Trump: "We played about 18 months ago. He invited me to play when I was down in Palm Beach. It was a pretty surreal experience just to meet him and play golf with him"pic.twitter.com/LPBClmqvGi

“I don’t think it is one to compare ourselves”
“Physically, he’s a machine, he’s a beast,” he added. “His finishing is at the highest level, and obviously, his goal-scoring record speaks for itself.”
However, when asked to compare his style to Haaland’s, Kane’s answer was a lot more nuanced. “I see myself as a different player, although I score the same goals,” Kane said. “I like to maybe touch the ball a little bit more, be involved in play a little bit more, but also can play as an out-and-out nine. I don’t think it is one to compare ourselves.
“I respect him a lot as a player and a fellow professional. Obviously, hoping he has a quiet day tomorrow. His overall performances over these recent years speak for themselves. He’s a fantastic player.”
