Thomas Christiansen has unveiled the 26 players who will represent Panama at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, as Los Canaleros aim to improve on their only previous appearance at Russia 2018. Led by Adalberto “Coco” Carrasquilla, the Central American side faces a difficult challenge in a tightly contested Group L.

What is the Panama World Cup 26 roster?

Before the tournament begins, Panama will play three warm-up games as part of its preparations. The team is set to face Brazil at the Maracanã, host the Dominican Republic at Estadio Rommel Fernández Gutiérrez and then take on Bosnia and Herzegovina at Energizer Park after arriving in the United States ahead of the World Cup.

At the tournament itself, Panama will share Group L with Ghana, Croatia and England, while dreaming of reaching the knockout stage for the first time in program history.

“Panama is preparing for its World Cup debut on June 17 when it faces Ghana in the opening match of Group L at Toronto Stadium in Canada. But before that, the national team will play three preparation games before traveling to its training camp in Ontario, Canada,” the federation said in an official statement.
