Goodbye to Microsoft Office? The rename that will change the company’s most powerful tool
Microsoft has rebranded itself in the last few days to better reflect its productivity tools, moving from “Microsoft 365 Office” to “Microsoft 365 Copilot”.

Microsoft Office has completely rebranded its distinguished suite of apps, changing the name in order to better align itself with the tools available. What was previously Microsoft 365 Office is now Microsoft 365 Copilot. The change also includes a new logo and a focus on Microsoft’s AI initiative.
What’s new with Microsoft 265 Copilot?
With this change, Microsoft is focusing more on its cloud-based experience, moving away from a one-time payment and towards a subscription-based service, and the addition of more powerful tooks like Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. The suite now includes AI-driven features, security enhancements, and advanced cloud services.
The rebrand offers businesses real-time collaboration and scalable solutions that can evolve as the organization does. It offers individuals flexibility with the ability to access Microsoft’s tools from anywhere.
Microsoft 365 Copilot reflects the global shift in businesses becoming more remote, and its continuous updates will ensure that users always have access to the latest technology and features.
