Here’s how much Bruce Pearl makes from his deal with the Auburn University.

The Auburn Tigers’ HC has turned around the program since his arrival at the university. He took Auburn to March Madness in 2018 after losing seasons his first three years there. The team made it to the second round and the year later reached the Final Four in 2019.
In 2020 the team finished the regular season with a 25-6 record, but couldn’t continue to the NCAA Tournament due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the past three years the Tigers have made it to March Madness, but without much success.
Bruce Pearl’s contract details with Auburn basketball
Auburn University and Pearl signed a new contract in 2022 that runs through April 30, 2030. His annual compensation is $5.4 million with annual increases of $250,000. This season 2024-2025 his salary is $5.9 million with performance related bonuses nearing $1 million.

Auburn’s coach also has an important buyout clause if the university decides to terminate the contract before 2030. If he were to lose his job this season, the school buyout would be roughly $11.7 million as of April 1.
