March Madness games today: NCAA Men’s D1 basketball Thursday Sweet Sixteen matchups
Here are the games today in the Sweet Sixteen round of the NCAA tournament.


The March Madness action, as always, has lived up to the huge amount of hype and fully delivered, with college teams showcasing their brilliant talent and mentality, making it to the all-important Sweet Sixteen round.
This year, the Sweet 16 of the 2025 NCAA men’s tournament gets going today, Thursday March 27, and continues into Friday March 28, with four games on each day.
Duke, Auburn, Florida and Houston are currently the top performers ahead of the games, and are the top picks for many people who have all been glued to the action.
On Thursday, March 27, the East Region matchups will feature No. 2 Alabama facing No. 6 BYU at 7:09 p.m. Following that, No. 1 Duke will take on No. 4 Arizona at 9:39 p.m. In the West Region, No. 1 Florida will go up against No. 4 Maryland at 7:39 p.m. Later, No. 3 Texas Tech will compete against No. 10 Arkansas at 10:09 p.m.

On Friday, March 28, the NCAA March Madness tournament will continue with several enticing matchups. In the South Region, No. 2 Michigan State will face No. 6 Ole Miss ahead of No. 1 Auburn taking on No. 5 Michigan. In the Midwest Region, No. 2 Tennessee will battle No. 3 Kentucky before No. 1 Houston goes head-to-head with No. 4 Purdue.
