2025 training camp is first step for Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley to lead Eagles back to the Super Bowl
The Philadelphia Eagles return to the practice field next month to begin training camp for the 2025 NFL season: their first step in a Super Bowl repeat.
The Philadelphia Eagles had a spectacular 2024 season that they capped off with a Super Bowl win over the Kansas City Chiefs. Heading into the 2025 season, quarterback Jalen Hurts is back to lead them on a repeat championship run. And that all begins with training camp.
All NFL training camp and joint practice dates for the 2025 season
Countdown to Eagles training camp
The NFL released the dates and locations for training camp for all 32 teams this week. The next 3-4 weeks will be relatively quiet in the NFL until training camps begin mid-July.
As for the Eagles, they’ll report back to NovaCare Complex on Tuesday, July 22 when both rookies and veterans will be expected to attend.

- Joint practice sessions: August 13 in Philadelphia with the Cleveland Browns
Following training camp, the Eagles will begin the preseason on Thursday, August 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals. They’ll hold one joint practice session with the Cleveland Browns on August 13 ahead of their second preseason game.

Here is the Eagles’ full preseason schedule:
- August 7: Eagles vs Bengals - 7:30 p.m. ET
- August 16: Eagles vs Browns - 1 p.m. ET
- August 22: Eagles at Jets - 7:30 p.m. ET
The Eagles will kick off the 2025 NFL regular season with the opening game on Thursday, September 4 against their NFC East rivals Dallas Cowboys at Lincoln Financial Field.
