Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick spoke in the flash interview after his side’s 0-2 loss to Atlético Madrid in the Champions League quarter-final first leg. Hegave his thoughts on his team’s defeat, who played with ten men from the 43rd minute due to Cubarsí’s red card.

Feelings on the game: “We lost 2-0 but we have a good chance in Madrid. We don’t give up, we have a chance still.

Cubarsí’s red card in the first half: “I don’t know [about the red card], I’m not sure how much he [Pau] touched him. The ball was behind him.

Pubill’s controversial tough with his hand at the goal-kick: “When [Marc Pubill] touched the ball, it’s clear, why not VAR? It’s unbelievable. We all make mistakes, it’s normal, but this situation. Why do we have VAR? I cannot understand. Normally it would be penalty and a red card. Double yellow is a red.

Can Barcelona go through? “Of course we believe [we can do it], second half we played well with one player less.”
