Enzo’s mystery message after Real Madrid statement
The Argentine appears on social media amid the commotion over his possible move to Madrid.

Enzo Fernández resurfaced, albeit mysteriously, amid speculation linking him with Real Madrid this summer after his agent, Javier Pastore, told AS that a move is a possibility. In an Instagram post published just hours before Argentina faced Cape Verde at the World Cup, and with Madrid’s statement still fresh after insisting there had been no negotiations over the Chelsea midfielder, Enzo shared a Bible passage accompanied by a white heart and a pointing finger emoji.
“The Lord is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does. The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth," Psalm 145:17-18 the cryptic message read.
Enzo has been linked with Madrid for some time. He fits the club’s profile and is expected to leave Chelsea after the London side were eliminated from European competition. Chelsea are aware of the midfielder’s desire to move on, and Madrid are among the clubs interested in signing him. While the meaning of the Instagram post remains open to interpretation, it appears to have been intended as a subtle hint for those eager to read it as a sign of a possible move to the Santiago Bernabéu.
