Update:

Seville derby referee Estrada Fernández wrongly disallowed a Real Betis equaliser in the 54th minute on Tuesday night, just three minutes after Mercado had given Sevilla the lead.

It was Alex Alegría who got on the end of a Ruben Castro cross to slide home, however the linesman raised his flag incorrectly, TV images showed.

Neither Alegria nor Castro (in the previous pass) were in offside positions, leaving Betis denied a perfectly legitimate goal.
